Do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry liability insurance that covers all of our units. Once the inflatable is delivered and set-up, the lessee is responsible for safe operation of the unit. We will review safety instructions with you when we deliver the equipment; these guidelines are also posted on the outside of every unit.
What kind of supervision is required?
All of our equipment requires adult supervision at all times. The prices for our equipment rentals assume that you, the customer, will provide competent adult supervision for the safety of the users. For an extra fee, we can provide someone to monitor the children in the moonwalk. Please contact us for more information regarding this service.
What kind of power is required?
Our rentals plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will provide all necessary cords. No power, no problem we can provide a generator to run the blower for your moonwalk. There is an additional $55 charge for our generator rental.
What is the rain or bad weather policy?
We reserve the right not to setup with bad weather pending. If we cancel due to weather you will not be charged.
How much space is required to set up an inflatable?
The amount of space required to set up an inflatable varies by unit; however, we require at least two feet on each side of the inflatable to anchor the unit and for safety purposes. The inflatable must be set up on a fairly level surface that is free of debris. Additionally, the inflatable must be kept away from fences, pools, play sets, overhead utility lines, tree branches and any other obstructions that would interfere with proper operation of the unit. We will also need your assistance to ensure that we do not place the anchoring stakes near your sprinkler system or other underground utility lines.
How many children can bounce at one time?
This of course depends on the size and age of the children. But generally speaking, for children between the ages of 3 and 7 (small children), you can normally fit 8 - 10 children in a 15x15 bouncer. For children between the ages of 8 and 12, you can generally fit 5 - 7 children in a 15x15 bouncer; about 3 - 4 teens can bounce in a 15x15 bouncer at the same time.
Do you charge for set-up and/or delivery?
Delivery and set-up is no extra charge within 25 miles of 48060. Outside the 25 mile radius all deliveries are subject to a delivery fee.
How is the equipment cleaned?
Each unit is vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned with a mild disinfectant after each use. We also quickly wipe down the unit after set up at your location, to ensure cleanliness. We pride ourselves on maintaining new, clean inflatable’s for your enjoyment!
When and how may I pay for my rental?
Payment for your rental is due upon delivery, and can be made by cash, check or credit card.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. To secure your event with us we require a $25 deposit. However, if a cancellation is necessary due to inclement weather, or is within 5 days of your event, your deposit will be fully refunded.
